Google also offers google maps. This means that you can type an address in and it will show it clearly for you  on a overhead map. You can zoom in and even zoom into street view. Google have taken pictures of peoples houses and roads everywhere over Britain and other countries so you can see exactly what something looks like before you visit or just so you can see where something is in relation to the town.

Google has recently launched it's very own social networking site. You may think that Facebook and twitter are only social networking sites about but Google +1 offers different features from Twitter and Facebook. No matter how much this social networking site achieves it can do no harm for google to try and expand. One of the interesting features is that you can look at peoples interests in circles which categorises their interests and if you look at other circles you can make new friends with the same interests as you.

Google documents is another great way to share documents with people you know. In a work environment it can be great for adding people onto spreadsheets to track progress or any other kind of document so you can share the information quickly without sending emails attaching documents which can be time consuming.
